Hands-On Horse Care
- IV / IM medication administration
- Post-surgical monitoring and wound management
- Lay-up and rehabilitation support
- Foal and mare care (non-foaling night watch unless contracted separately)
- Bandaging, wraps, and medical support
- Body condition and behavioral assessment
Transitional & Specialty Coverage
- Vacation and leave coverage (multi-day or multi-week blocks)
- Emergency or short-notice fill-in services
- Staff transition stabilization
